Of course
farrari and
takeonme, in fact what do all pilots ever do exept read papers and prance about in their uniforms. Pay them all crumbs I say.
Now back to reality (where airlines factor in appropriate salaries and expenses BEFORE they commence operations). If your mythical airline
farrari thinks it needs to pay such ludicrous salaries then perhaps your business model is terminally flawed before it gets off the ground. In a environment of a critical global pilot shortage such nonsense would have your aircraft parked against the fence indefinitely.
On a global basis, the A$300-A$500 range is the domain of the Fed Exes and Cathays etc of this world and should of course be the aspirational datum, but using QF as the lowest common denominator (similar aircraft and similar sectors) you should be in the A$280-320 range.
