Exactly “Reality.”
Anyone who doesn’t feel 100% should seek a Doctors opinion.
If the Doc says you need a few days off, then so be it.
Just keep letting that annual leave accumulate.
If this is the game QF want to play, then play it their way.
No Goodwill….. but lots of sick days owed to me.
