HOWEVER, you do have to trade money for lifestyle, and we would love to return to Australia if it wasn't TO big a hit. VA are getting a few or our guys who have already made there pile here (mine doensn't even amount to a mound yet!
).
I would suggest a starting figure of 250K, plus super, decent allowences, PROPER staff travel (1 free-bee a year,Business upgradable to first. Will VAs CEO be travelling economy?) and annual increments, and you might start tempting guys to come back for a career.
As far as what VA are offering Cruise FOs, if there was a clear career path for them, it would simply be insulting. As it is, taking a job on max 65K, logging no usful time with no guarenteed path to uprade is simply ludicrous!!
