Your logic makes no sense! Soon NAS will have the pilots it need for the aircraft ordered. The 60+ will leave, and the avg age will come down. I did not say that I expect new NAS CP's to go to SAS. But new FP's. Eventually the upgradetime at NAS will increase to normal, and the picture for new FP's will be different. And how do you estimate upgradetime to 15, when avg pilot age now is 50. In 10, over half of the pilot group is retired.
By the way, have you all seen our new payscales!! And we have a roster bidding system at SAS! Several options on roster, incl fixed. Several types of vacation, too. Very lucrative sell of days off - you make Gesillions!
(Unforunately in my opinion.)
NAS is a very good employer, I'm sure, but as in Braathens SAFE, there will be a leak on the bottom, going to SAS.
