If we are so worried about non-pilots reading this forum, shouldn’t we try to be more civil to each other and not call each other incompetent when no evidence exists.
I don’t want to get involved in a p1ssing contest so this will be my last say on your unpleasant post, but don’t you think calling someone incompetent is a tad excessive? Are you aware of Redhill’s Airspace? Have a look on a ½ mil. You will see that you have 1500’ QNH to play with, the TAF may say few at 500’ but if those few are near Redhill, they can block any legal VFR exit.
Finally, and I mean finally because I am really pissed off about this unprovoked attack of yours, I have not backtracked one word, if you thought that I really missed some trees by 3 to 4 feet and sat down and announced it to the world, you must be off your trolley.
