I think you would be surprised about how many would leave NAS for SAS!
Even to fly a brand new CRJ 900, on RJ payscale.
SAS provides an excellent package, far better than Norwegian. Most FP at SAS today makes more than most FC at NAS. Better pension, roster, insurance, travel benefits, etc.
Some of the 300, hopefully, will be back!
But those will be a drop in the water, compared to the need. Besides, many of them are doing too good were they are! They won't accept starting at the bottom again.
