well we have completed the return trip so thats a 2,000 miles VFR round trip across Europe. Somethink to look back on when I am Older and greyer.

HA-MKF back to Hungary! The flight was scheduled to be leaving Popham on 23rd March 2008 to have its Certificate of Airworthiness renewed, but the weather was not kind so we delayed one week. The trip was approximately 1000nm each way and took two days (night stop at Straubing in East Germany) outbound and three days to return (night stops in Gyor-Per in Hungary and Koblenz in West Germany) A full report of the whole trip can now be found here.
