Perhaps you should
all go to your managers and ask them why the UAE law is for 45 days leave a year yet you only get 30. When they tell you that 15 days are also allowed for sickness ( what utter bulls**t), tell them you're taking some off your
entitled sick days and want your days off back!
Or you could tell one of your colleagues that next time they decide to 'chuck another sickie' cos they want a night out, their irresponsibe attitude results in punitive measures for all.
