"Talk Down" by Brian Lecomber is out of print, but easily obtainable from second hand bookshops; easiest way is to do a search on the net. Great yarn, hugely enjoyable, almost impossible to put down, pity about the unbelievably wimpish heroine, but hardly anyone except me seems to have noticed.
