Hi I'm an ex GB crew member - was in GB for 2 years. I know there's been a bit of negativity among both GB and EZY crews but I have to say I'm really enjoying it! The people I've met have been lovely.
Every buy-out has a turbulent period but I think give it 6 months and 'let the dust settle' and staff will be more positive again. I do feel sorry for the EZY crew who have come to work on GB routes as they have experienced a pay cut due to less sector pay.
Once we become "as one" in October EZY crew will be back on their more well known routes and I hope everything goes smoothly!
I believe recruitment has temporarily stopped due to the current need to cut costs with the price of fuel.
