Pulse will only ask questions that the company wants to know the answers to. I bet there won't be a question along the lines of "With regards to happiness at work, compared to last year are you more or less happy?" - or "Would you rate easyJet as a better employer this year than last?" - or "With regards to 'trust' would you say that your level of trust in management has gone up or down on last year?".
Pulse is a load of tosh, the only thing that has happened with it is new uniforms and they would have happened anyway as a certain CEO who never wears his to uniform to uniform standard could not stand the old Star Trek look.
