I reckon a fair percentage of the exam questions are lifted directly from Bob Tait's book.
I'd suggest its probably the other way around, but yes, Bob's book is great for CHUF.

Aircraft - Human Performance & Limitations by Tony Wilson is also worth having a look over, in particular the few pages that explain a number of well known accidents in terms of human factor causes - there will almost certainly be a question on one of them in the exam...
