Validity Period of issued ATPL

urgently need an expert ovrview of the followning queston

1) Mr X holds a ICAO or JAR-FCL ATPL

2) June 30, 2000, B-737 Type Rating Added to ATPL

3) Experation Date, on license endorsement, of B-737 PIC Privledges expires June 30, 2001

4) Mr X does not work for any company after date of June 30th 2001 and B737 Type Rating privledges are expired.

Is the ATPL still a VALID LICENSE and for how long?.

Ain't a "brain twister" just concerning ture or false for traiing purposes.

Reference for JAR and/or ICAO rules would be exceptionally appreciated.

Second question

If Mr X does not fly for an extended period of time, at what date would the JAR-FCL be cancelled, meaning when would all the exams have to be retaken.

Very much appreciate any information.
