I too was offered a position with EK about two years ago. I deffered my joining and ultimatley chose not to go. There are many many days where I regret not going and there are also the days where I am glad that I did not go.
I hope that makes sense to people.
I had alot going on at the time and I felt that it was the best decision...
now as I write this I'm not so sure...
Even to this day I struggle with the decision.
