Budget for any runway extension has probably been used in refurbishing the terminal.
Oh yes... as for the LCY route that was reported to start on 6th May... told you it would not be happening soon! You need aircraft to operate routes and VLM/CityJet are stretched as it is! Can't see RTM starting soon either! Unless they wet-lease someone to do it for them.
