I see ncl is on the farewell Dak tour June 11th & 12th, £99 a head for 30min.
It's strange how I can remember vividly my first trip in a DC3 (Siver City) way back in 1962 IOM - NCL yet to be truthful I've been racking my brains for past 10 minutes & completely stumped to recall my first Jet flight. Says a great deal for the experience & a machine that I've always admired. I really can't believe that there won't always be a DC3 in flying condition somewhere in Europe, I presume it's a passenger traffic licence that's to be the problem ? Maybe I'll find it too difficult to give up the chance of repeating the experience.....
