Go to Bupak. We got Pilots waaaay shorter than 5'4. The 320's have fully adjustable rudder pedals and seats anyway. They just need to unlatch the seatbelts to reach the fuel pump switches...
All three or four "vertically-challenged" f/o's are excellent pilots and most have upgraded to captains already.
