Thats 70 - 80k for fatpl and 25k for sstr, followed by nil pay for 3 months, half pay for 6 months and finally full pay for FO after 9 months. It would be interesting to know how many modular guys as opposed to integrated Ryanair have taken this year. You might find that the majority are modular, at a third of the price of their integrated colleague.
