Warren Buffet's army of lawyers and managers can't hold a candle to him. Nichibei Aviation is wasting his talent in BizDev. Clearly he should be running the whole company. In fact, Warren Buffet is losing it and his company will be in decline soon, because he has missed this hidden pool of talent and expertise that he should have hired ages ago.
