Well I'm 3 years in and just about to leave.
Sorry to say it but I am embarassed to be a part of Virgin at the moment.
Oh and SRB and his letter have a lot to answer for........ It's certainly one of the reasons I am leaving - along with the total disregard the management seem to have for their crew, the shoddiness of the "product", costcutting in the most inappropriate areas..........I could go on......
