Unlilkely I would have thought, given they are 100% foreign owned and would need to get a 51% Ozzzie partner to get an international AOC in Australia.
I reckon Tiger Singapore could do it very quickly though... Would just need the reg approval from both governments for the route (not too hard usually) and some CCQ courses.
