Easy, the way that I read it! If you had 15,000 Dinars, then you would have...well...exactly that (15,000 Dinars)! You wouldn't have any British Pounds because they didn't actually say that you had any. Everybody makes things much more difficult than they need to be.
I once had a checker ask me if I knew the crosswind limits. I answered his question in one word..."yes!", and then waited for the next question. When he finished laughing, he rephrased his previous question. "What are the crosswind limitations?"
