Anyway.Cathay hiring 270 pilots this year, its reasonable some new planes coming back and still (51 orders correct me if I wrong ) So the demand may stay strong in 2 to 5 years time lets say they getting 10 planes for each year. But some external factors may affect their program, like Credit Crunch in US and Europe, Oil Price soaring up hight, weak dollar, etc. They stopped the CPP for while during SARS.

by the way Gents, one more question there, so does it mean next time we can start from where we been rejected? For example, I didnt go through Stage 1 interview, next time will begin on Stage 1 interview or I need to go through Initial test again.
