The cabair option seems pretty good, its just the 2 years i think may be too long. But the carrot is on the stick and im very tempted.... as for paying the bond to break contract, after the ATPL this isn't muc of an option as like most people i'm maxed out financially.
I think perhaps approaching smaller schools is a good idea too, I know there are jobs out there so guess some calls and letters required.
