Delays have been minimal and flight delays are improving. The B752 will operate until May 2008, and then the B763ER will take over as of 24th May.
Sooner than you think. I fly out GLA-SFB 29th April and back 10 days later. GSM emailed me recently to change my pre-booked seats and the seating plan they sent me for both flights was a B763...yay!
