The "personal folders" attempt (APPOEU) did generate a list called "personal folders" but it was an out of date copy of the original "personal folders" from the top of the column on the left..
The ones I'm trying to get across are labelled "Archive by topic".
In that case, the *.pst file you imported was the wrong one.
On the original computer, right click on the folder you want (ensure you select the very top level of that folder - 'Archive...' ) and select properties, then click on the 'Advanced' button, the 'General' tab should display the 'File Name', make a note of this as this is the file that needs to be copied over and opened on the new machine.
