I too have been there in an R22 under training (with a suitably qualified instructor in the left seat) and I agree with all of Cyclic-Flare's comments regarding time passing and sweating. It scared the sh*t out of me
and I have heeded his advice ever since to treat clouds as being made of concrete
.
My advice is simply DON'T DO IT! The AAIB are busy enough without you.
