Red Wings - i dont know who told you that BMI are actively seeking out E145's but there not. I have it from a very reliable source that BMI regional are going to be phasing them out very shortly and replace them with E195's as the E145's are just to uneconomic to run.
Also from a personal choice - i hate having to fly on the E145, again i find it too cramped and uncomfortable to sit in and the 2 plus 1 seating just does not work for me.
