Whilst I agree entirely with A&C, I can't help feeling that A4A (I know many of the activists and they are all good people) should work with AOPA and GASCO to achieve their purpose. It seems to me that AOPA/GASCO need support rather than another emerging body trying to fight the same fight. After all they do have experts on board and know the political realities and how to present their case to those who matter.
Before I get flamed by all and sundry saying how expensive AOPA are and how you get nothing for your money, if more of us were members and *actively* supported them they might have the resources to be more effective.
