Poor kid died, no one else hurt. The TV has the tail sticking out of a 40 storey office block. Apparently he took the plane up unauthorised, ignored calls to return, got chased by a coastguard helo and hit the building.
Apart from the tragedy of it all, this isn't what US GA needs just now.
