Just starting out myself and few points I've found helpful
OAT PPL CD training very good if find books a little boring
Class 1 medical a must if your thinking of making a career out of flying
Flyer exhibition at Heathrom 18th April (Been advised v good for us wannabes)
Keep focused and try not to come on to pprune when meant to be studying
