Suggestions for scenic flight?

We have a friend visiting us from Australia. While she is here, I'd like to take her for a scenic flight - say 2 hours or so. Looking for suggestions, either;

a) A scenic route offering interesting views from the air, and landing somewhere pleasant for tea and sticky buns; or

b) A destination town with airfield reasonably close to centre, likely to be of interest to a visiting Aussie.

I am based at Wycombe. I haven't yet had any ideas of my own as far the "scenic route" goes, but have been thinking about either Cambridge or Shoreham (Brighton) as inetresting day-trip destinations.
