I don't think customer service exists anywhere in the uk, though NCL is particularly at fault.
On one of my last trips abroad, we checked in for an internal flight in at 9.45am(with hold luggage) for a 10.30am flight, the inbound plane arrived at the gate at 9.55am. The outbound passengers started to board just after 10.05am and we took off at 10.20am. The plane was a spotless Airbus, virtually full.
No chance of that happening over here.
