Could someone tell me why the airport is abjectly poor in turning round an aircraft if you have to use busses and the ambulift. There were 4 aircraft in ( including 1 shut up on a remote) yet it took over 15 minutes to get an estimate for the busses and the ambulift took over 40 minutes to disembark our wheelchair passenger.
It does not suprise me that no one wants to operate out of here if that is the service that aviation companies receive. The airport just cant cope or do they not give a monkeys.
Or is the poor service systemic of a wider NE/Geordie mentality. Having been up here for almost 5 years and having seen no improvement . I can but observe that the Northern Rock fiasco,Child Benefit Data Loss,canoe man fraud and various cases of animal mistreatment and cruelty point to problems stemming from the North Eastern mindset.
