I am one of these italians fight for deiceig\flightduty\ and so on and for that i had to leave.
but at least i never had to come back barely flying due to ice accretion in muc, going to alternate due to minimum fuel bord because "we don't need so muchh fuel" and so on.
I'm still working with foreing people in my company and i don't have any problem diong so. no difference with ue\ not eu pilots if they are pro and they dont say every flight italy is a mess \ nothin working etc etc
finally you know better than me that you were at that time unamployed and in en there were enogth people to get the captain upgrading but you kwow who decided to get expat to irritate "italian not alligned with their
way" .... so buddy sorry it was not you ,really sorry for missunderstanding
