Someone help me a little here. How can this absolute certifiable still be in the position he is!. The ever increasing cock ups stemming from mismanaged situations that he has had direct involvement with would not be tolerated in any other organisation, not for a minute.

Funny isnt it that management wish to have experienced crew to take the big thing out, problem is that anyone with experience has also had experience with Whako Jacko!. Its a no brainer.
