You guys keep saying 'kids' and 'young uns' but I can see at least three of those trainees who look over 30 and the majority look around 25-27 bar two or three.
Just wondering what the average age is for people in this traineeship? Looks like it's being used as a window to get back into the industry for older guys too and/or people who haven't got ATPL subjects.
