If the A380 is crewed predominantly by ex MAM, they are all very experienced. Remember they were all B First and Team Leader (CSS) trained for international operations at shorthaul.
Whether on the 380, or not, I think you'll see them get employed, and straight to CSS/CSM within weeks.
