Echo the above comment on the "
Fully Ready" nonsense which seems to have evolved into three stages: "
Ready in 5 minutes", "
Nearly Ready" and "
Fully Ready" (I even had a "nearly fully ready" call the other day)
you are either ready or you aren't.
