'new' 747 with CX LHR-HKG in F and that is two abreast. 3a and 3k are the seats. Never flown CX F before (see my other thread) so dunno anything about it. Don't recall 3 abreast seating anywhere.
Yes, because it is in the narrowing nosecone of the 747. 3A and 3K are actually the last 2 abreast row (and thus separated by the widest aisle distance). See a seatmap which is linked from

As you see, row 4 is 3 abreast because it has the solo seat 4D in the middle.
JAL 747 Skysleeper Solo likewise has one single seat in the middle of the nosecone, so 3 abreast.
