If recruited by Rishworth, you'll be a self employed contractor resposible for payine your own taxes etc incl. a %-age of your income back to Rishworth. Contract Aircrew Services:

If recruited by Conair, you'll be an employee of Conair you'll be paid a regular salary less tax plus allowances. There maybe an extra week of annual leave in there as well. Contact is Stu Graham, details from the website.
2 mates I know working for them, both say they are struggling for crew, a 5th frame due soon and not enough crew to get it airborne.
