Now i see...actually itīs a new method to ""force"" people to stay here by making them sign a new bond(CCQ Course=2 years bond or 15000U$) as they probably expect a lot of people to leave due to the financial situation and other problem:Qatar has become the number one in the gulf for the Highest increase in cost of live and inflation,they are even beating Dubai ...at least on one thing........
