People still tampering with the idea of making QR listen to their grievance are SOOOOOO wrong. My friends CEO doesn't give a f$$k whatever any one of us might think or being worried. All he wants is CHEAP CHEAP DAMN STUPID DRIVER cause automation will do the rest. He is a master of deception and manipulation. Just look around yourself EK far better well organized outfit, EY follows suit. Any other company in Qatar provides far better package than QR when it comes to exchange rate protection, retirement and so forth. Go and see the dwelling of guys working for any other outfit you'll drop dead from realizing how bad we're treated. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS CEO NOTHING ELSE. HE HATES US.

Well for the time Being The CEO has other priorities, he is trying to save his a.. Indeed the "qatarisation" of the company is going on...qatari second officer are recruiting straight to the 330, Qatari who have been terminated are called back without loosing seniority, we can now see qatari Figures in the new fleet management....Donīt worry when we will have a lot of Locals working here, than for sure the CEO will have to improve the conditions of his employers, .......!!

Naivety is not necessarily considered as doom yet you should stay on guard. Expats will never be equally treated. Never will they get the same rights as locals. This is already happening with pensions. Are you aware that Qataris are taken into the pension scheme, enforced through the government as you might think, whereas the rest of us befall the same fate of being doomed.
