Apparently increasing speed at a constant angle of bank does
not reduce your rate of turn...

Apparently frost on your airframe does
not increase your TOD, nore have an affect on stall speed!
So I guess next time I want to take off, I know that frost won't have any affect, and when doing an instrument approach I will be able to firewall the throttle and still come out of the turn at exactly the same time, and I only need 1 distance from a fix to work out my cross track error!
