I use
Amadeus before calling the company travel agent. The site is free and often finds flights which the travel agent seems to have difficulty locating (until I let them have the flight numbers!).

By the way, flights are listed in time order (total time for trip). There is also an "advanced" search button, where you can limit the choice of airline and/or do a one-way search. I have never found Amadeus to be inaccurate. And it's
