Well said macker ...... my first reaction to the HarpAir ****e spouting was to get pretty mad - but on reflection their advertising campaigns are prefaced on doing/saying something outrageous to provoke someone into sueing them. It is a cheap and transparent ploy beneath our comtempt - anyone noticed by the way that cowardly Ryanair have no e-mail contact for customer feedback ... so even if I did want to point out to them what a bunch of twats they are being .......
