Whos looking for a pay increase Mick???We just want a proper scheme put in place so we can actually see or loved ones and have a life on our time off instead of being expected to work to maintain an atc service....If you have a problem with the current set up then put your complaint to the IAA and asked them why they havent recruited in five years yet have had a 50% increase in traffic???
