Norby and irishatco - you know the score cos you've seen it before and yer call is spot on.
I sense a unity among controllers that perhaps wasn't there in my time to the same extent and for your sakes I sincerely hope so.
The major factor is that the ATCOs are the real professionals in this and you also have the commitment to providing a service that is as good as it gets in Europe. Your employer claims a lot (all?) of credit but you do the business.
Here's hoping that some sense will prevail tomorrow and let you guys get on with doing the job and getting the proper rest time, AL etc.
