Have to agree with the majority. As Air Traffic Controllers, it is in our nature to facilitate aircraft to the nth degree. That is how we are conditioned, to fix and make situations work, whilst remaining within the guidelines of safety , at all times. The controller used sound judgement to allow the aircraft to land after the curfew. A wise decision that did not in anyway detract from our cause and in reality probably strengthened our position in that our grievance is with the IAA not Pilots and the Travelling Public.
