Not putting the money into the infrastructure and training .This outfit wont be a quality one mark my words .Dont mention the pay and contract to start with.
Good Luck to anyone that goes ...
Goathead you are out of line.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion regarding the prospects of VOz. You are even entitled to comment on a package about which you actually have no information.

What you are NOT entitled to do is unfairly accuse and belittle people about who you obviously know NOTHING.

You accuse these two "SAFFAS" of being "yes men". On what do you base this accusation?

You state clearly that they have no ETOPS experience. Your source of information has kept you VERY poorly informed. Both these pilots have more ETOPS experience than would be required by any Company involved in ETOPS operations.

As for your statement about their ability to compile manuals, you could not be further off the mark if you tried. There are certainly many other pilots with similar skills but few who are more adept at compiling training and operations manuals and material.

"Not putting money into infrastructure and training" - wow that is a broad statment given that the VOz website tells you clearly that they have BOUGHT 6 B777s and have one on lease with an option to buy. They have also bought their own simulator. They have not started training so who knows how much training they are prepared to provide.

So you have also seen the contract and payscales - pray share these with the rest of us mere mortals.

If you had the strength of your convictions you would elaborate on your statements. If you don't - show what you are made of and print an apology (or don't).
